These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website at www.24hourtailor.com and all related services, including but not limited to our tailoring, design, pickup and delivery, and order booking services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our website, placing an order, or communicating with us through any channel listed on this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or Services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Offered
24HourTailor is a bespoke tailoring business based in Lagos, Nigeria. We offer the following services:
- Express Bespoke Outfits — Custom-made traditional and contemporary attire (Senator, Agbada, Aso-Ebi, Abaya, Gowns, shirts, trousers, and more), designed and delivered within 24 hours.
- Premium Detailing — Embroidery, rhinestoning, flex/flock designs, and couple outfits, completed within 24 hours.
- Bulk Orders — Uniforms, corporate wear, and team clothing for small to medium-sized orders, delivered in record time.
- Pickup and Delivery — Either You (the client) or we, engage 3rd party dispatch riders across Lagos to collect fabrics from clients and deliver finished garments to their doorstep.
All services are subject to availability, production capacity, and confirmation by our team. Booking a production slot does not constitute a binding contract until we send a formal order confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
3. The 24-Hour Guarantee
24HourTailor pledges to complete and deliver your garment within 24 hours of confirmed order receipt, measurement collection, fabric handover, and the confirmed start time of the production slot. If we fail to meet this deadline through our own fault, you may be entitled to a refund or re-production at no additional cost. The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- Your fabric, measurements, and design instructions must be received by our team in complete and usable condition.
- The guarantee applies only to a single unit of standard bespoke orders within our service area in Lagos. Bulk orders and premium detailing work may have extended timelines, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Force majeure events — including power outages, flooding, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control — may suspend the 24-hour commitment without liability to us.
- Any design changes, measurement revisions, or additions requested after the production has commenced will void the 24-hour guarantee for that order.
4. Bookings and Orders
All bookings are made through our WhatsApp number (+234 707 720 2093) via the booking link on our website. When placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date measurements. 24HourTailor will not be liable for poor fit resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.
- Supply fabric in the quantity, type, and condition specified by our team.
- Clearly communicate your design preferences, including style references, colour choices, and any special requirements.
- Make payment as agreed before or at the time of fabric pickup, in accordance with the pricing communicated by our team.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including orders where the fabric supplied is unsuitable, insufficient, or damaged.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are communicated directly to clients during the booking process and are subject to change without notice. Prices depend on the garment type, complexity of design, fabric type, and any premium detailing requested. All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
24HourTailor currently accepts payment by bank transfer and other payment methods communicated by our team at the time of order. Payment must be confirmed before production commences. We do not currently operate a self-service online checkout. We are not responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or exchange rate differences.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Once production has commenced on your order, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:
- The 24-hour guarantee has been breached solely through our fault and no alternative resolution (re-production or credit) has been offered.
- The finished garment is materially defective in a way directly attributable to our craftsmanship rather than the fabric or measurements supplied.
- An order was paid for but never entered production due to our error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of garment delivery or failed delivery. We may request photographic evidence of any defect. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
We do not accept returns of completed garments due to change of mind, preference changes after delivery, or errors in measurements supplied by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design layouts — is the property of 24HourTailor or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.
Design concepts, style ideas, and garment patterns created by our tailors remain the intellectual property of 24HourTailor. Clients retain no claim to our production processes, patterns, or proprietary techniques.
8. User Conduct
When using our website or communicating with our team, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Use our contact channels to harass, abuse, or threaten our staff.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our website or any part of its design.
- Use our platform to engage in any unlawful activity under Nigerian law.
- Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes a third party’s rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24HourTailor, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of an event, occasion, or opportunity due to delayed delivery.
- Damage to fabric caused by pre-existing defects not disclosed at the time of handover.
- Third-party delays (e.g., dispatch rider delays due to traffic or logistics issues).
Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.
10. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website contains links to our social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Our booking process uses WhatsApp (a Meta Platforms service). Your use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy policy, which are separate from ours.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
